Refund policy
Version 1.1 · Last updated
There is no free trial, so the refund rule is deliberately simple and is shown at checkout. The public track record, the free tier and the profit simulator exist so you can decide before paying. Consumers in the EU and UK also keep their statutory withdrawal right, explained below.
Contents
1. The rule
A 48-hour refund on a first purchase if no signals were used. No refunds on renewals.
That is the whole policy for most members. The sections below explain the words in it, and section 5 adds the statutory right that applies to consumers in the EU and the UK.
2. First purchase: 48 hours, no signals used
Your first paid purchase of any plan, monthly or yearly, can be refunded in full if you ask within 48 hours of the payment and no signals were used in that time. A refund returns the account to the Free plan immediately. The refund goes back to the original payment method; the processor may take 5 to 10 business days to show it, and we cannot speed that up.
“First purchase” means the first time your account has ever paid for a plan. An upgrade from one paid plan to another is not a first purchase. Founding member pricing, once refunded, is not reserved for you. Opening a second account to obtain a second first purchase is a breach of the Terms.
3. What counts as a used signal
A signal is used when a real-time signal was delivered to you through any channel you enabled: the in-app feed, push, Telegram, email or a webhook, or when the EA received it through the API. Viewing the public track record, running the simulator, looking at zones, reading the playbook and reading AI explanations do not count. If a real-time signal was delivered within the 48 hours, the purchase is not refundable under this rule, because the product has been consumed and cannot be returned.
To make this fair, the billing page shows how many signals have been delivered to your account, and you can keep delivery paused with the master execution switch and notification settings until you are sure.
4. Renewals: no refunds
Monthly and yearly renewals are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time. We send a reminder email before each yearly renewal and before the first renewal of a monthly plan, and you can cancel at any time from the billing page or your Whop account so that the plan does not renew. If you forgot to cancel a yearly renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge; we may, at our discretion, refund it if no signals were used after the renewal.
5. EU and UK consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the day you subscribed, without giving a reason. This right exists alongside the 48-hour rule, and whichever gives you more applies.
- When you subscribe you ask us to start providing the Service immediately, during the withdrawal period, and acknowledge that this affects the refund you receive, as follows.
- If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the price you paid less an amount proportionate to the part of the billing period that has elapsed at the time you tell us. For a monthly plan withdrawn on day 10, that is roughly two thirds of the price; for a yearly plan withdrawn on day 10, roughly 97%.
- To withdraw, email support@zonelytix.com from your account address with a clear statement that you withdraw, or use the model form below. Sending the email before the period ends is enough.
- We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the original payment method.
Model withdrawal form. “To Zonelytix, support@zonelytix.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Zonelytix subscription ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].”
6. Cancelling instead
Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your plan active to the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel from Settings → Billing or from your Whop account. Cancelling does not refund the current period. When you cancel we ask one question about why; the answer is optional.
7. How to request a refund
- Email support@zonelytix.com from your account email within 48 hours of the first payment (or within 14 days if you are exercising the EU/UK withdrawal right), with the subject “Refund”.
- We check the payment time and the signal delivery log, and confirm which rule applies.
- If a refund is due, we issue it through Whop within 2 business days and confirm by email.
8. Errors, outages and discretionary refunds
- If a payment was duplicated, charged in error, or made from a compromised account, contact us and we will refund the erroneous charge.
- If the Service, through our fault, was unavailable for most of a billing period, or we removed a feature that was the main reason for your plan, we will offer a pro-rata credit or refund on request.
- Trading losses, missed signals, broker issues, prop firm outcomes, or dissatisfaction with results are never grounds for a refund. The Service is analysis software and results are not guaranteed.
- Promotional credits, plan rewards and points have no cash value and are not refundable.
9. Chargebacks
A chargeback filed with your bank without first contacting us costs more than the subscription and is treated as a dispute of the contract. We will provide the payment processor with evidence of the purchase, the Terms you accepted and the signal delivery log. While a chargeback is open the account is suspended, and an account whose chargeback is upheld against the evidence may be closed and excluded from rewards. If you think a charge is wrong, email us first; we resolve genuine errors within 2 business days.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live that cannot be waived by contract, including rights to a remedy where the Service does not conform to the contract. Where the law allows a withdrawal right to be lost on immediate delivery of digital content with your express consent, you give that consent at purchase. See also the Terms of service.
