What is Zonelytix?
A subscription platform that finds the strongest support and resistance zones on forex, gold and crypto, scores each zone by how price actually reacted there, explains it with AI, and sends trade setups. You choose how each setup is executed: alert only, tap to execute, or full auto through an MT5 Expert Advisor running under your own settings.
Is this financial advice?
No. Zonelytix is a software and analysis tool, not an investment adviser or broker. It finds and scores levels, explains them, and publishes setups with fixed rules. You decide what to trade, with your own broker, under your own risk settings. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss.
Where does the zone score come from?
A model trained on how price reacted at similar levels in the past: number and cleanliness of touches, reaction size in ATR, recency, higher-timeframe confluence, role reversal, round numbers, previous highs and lows, and volume on crypto. The score is the estimated chance price reacts, from 0 to 100.
Does the AI invent levels?
Never. The AI only explains numbers produced by the detection and scoring layers. It writes the per-symbol summary, the per-zone explanation and the Elite outlooks, and it is regenerated only when a zone changes.
Which markets and timeframes are covered?
30 symbols: 7 forex majors, 7 minors and crosses, gold and silver, 4 indices (US30, NAS100, SPX500, GER40) and 10 crypto pairs. Timeframes run from M1 to W1; plans unlock different ranges, with M1 on Elite only. Indices are available on Pro and Elite.
Signals
What setups do you trade?
Two at launch: zone bounce and break and retest. Liquidity sweep and range trade ship once each has a measured track record of its own. Every signal has a minimum 1.5 reward-to-risk, skips high-impact news windows and passes a spread filter.
How is the result in R calculated?
R is the result divided by the distance from entry to stop. 50% of the position closes at TP1 (1R), the stop moves to entry, and the rest runs to TP2 at the next opposite zone. The spread at signal time is included; commission and slippage are not.
Why are signals public only 10 minutes after they close?
Live signals are the product. Publishing them in real time would leave nothing to pay for. Publishing every closed signal, wins and losses alike, is how the record stays checkable.
How fast do signals arrive on Telegram?
Each new signal goes on a queue the moment the candle closes and a sender worker delivers it immediately. Target is under five seconds to the first messages, Elite first, then Pro, then Starter.
Execution
Do you connect to my broker?
Never. Execution happens only through the Zonelytix Bridge Expert Advisor running on your own MT5 terminal or VPS. The EA polls our API for signals and approvals and reports fills back. No broker credentials are stored, and the server never pushes to MT5.
How does tap to execute work?
The notification carries Execute and Skip buttons. The EA takes only the signals you approve, and approvals expire after a set time, 5 minutes by default. Available on Pro and Elite.
How is position size decided?
From your risk per trade: a percentage of balance between 0.1% and 5% (hard cap), or a fixed lot. Leverage is set by your broker account and never needs configuring in the app.
What if the EA goes offline?
You get a notification. Open trades are never closed by the platform; only your EA, under your rules, manages them.
Prop firms
Can I use it for a prop firm challenge?
Pro and Elite include prop firm mode: the EA tracks your daily loss, max drawdown and profit target against your firm's rules with a safety buffer, and the AI challenge plan suggests symbols, timeframes and risk based on simulated pass probability.
Is the pass probability a promise?
No. It is an estimate from historical simulation, including Monte Carlo reshuffling and an out-of-sample check, and it is labelled that way everywhere. You review and accept a plan before the EA uses it.
Does my prop firm allow EAs?
Check. Some firms restrict EAs or copy trading, or ban identical trades across many accounts. Your own risk settings produce different entries and lot sizes, which helps, but it does not guarantee compliance. Presets are labelled with the date they were last checked.
Billing
Why is there no free trial?
Three things replace it: the public track record, the free tier (zones on three symbols, the closed-trade record, a daily digest and the limited simulator), and the profit simulator, which replays the real record with your own settings.
What is the refund rule?
A 48-hour refund on a first purchase if no signals were used. No refunds on renewals. Apple and Google handle their own refunds for in-app purchases.
What is founding member pricing?
The first 200 paying members keep Starter at $19, Pro at $49 or Elite at $99 a month for life, for as long as they stay subscribed. It closes at 200 members or on a fixed date, whichever comes first.
What happens if a payment fails?
A 3-day grace period, then the account falls back to Free. The EA stops taking new trades but never closes open ones.
Legal
Do you store my personal data?
Only what the service needs: account details, settings, signals delivered, EA reports and billing status. You can export your data and delete your account from the app. See the privacy policy.
Can I use Zonelytix in my country?
Signal services are regulated differently by country. Some features, including auto-execution, may be limited by country on legal advice. The terms list any restrictions that apply.
Who owns the zones I submit?
You keep your right to your own analysis, but by submitting a zone you agree it can be used to train the scoring model and shown as a community zone to paid users. Opinions are never used as training data directly; only scored outcomes are.
