1. General disclaimer
Read this first
Everything Zonelytix produces is educational analysis and general information. It is not financial advice, not a recommendation and not an offer or solicitation to trade. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Past performance, real or hypothetical, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
This disclaimer forms part of the Terms of service and should be read with the Risk disclosure. Capitalised terms have the meaning given there.
2. No financial, investment, legal or tax advice
Zones, zone scores, signals, outlooks, AI explanations, Ask AI answers, morning briefs, playbook articles, simulator results, challenge plans, community posts and anything our staff say in support or on social media are general information. They are generated or written without knowledge of your circumstances and are published to every member on the same plan at the same time. They are not personalised to you, do not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs, and are not a recommendation that any instrument, strategy, broker, prop firm or setting is suitable for you.
Nothing on the Service is legal or tax advice. Before acting on anything you read here, consider whether it is appropriate for you and, if in doubt, consult a professional who is licensed to advise you in your country.
3. Hypothetical performance
Hypothetical performance statement
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.
One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.
This statement applies to the profit simulator, backtests, strength-band statistics, equity curves, pass probabilities, challenge plans, the playbook’s worked examples and any figure described as simulated, modelled, estimated or expected.
4. How the public track record is computed
The public track record is published so that the Service can be judged on all of its signals, not a selection. It is honest but it is not an account statement. Every reader should know how it is built:
- Every signal published to members is listed, wins and losses alike, and appears in the public record 10 minutes after it closes. Nothing is removed. A signal withdrawn for a data error is shown as withdrawn.
- Outcomes are computed from the published entry, stop and targets with a fixed outcome model against our market data feed, not from any member’s fills.
- Results are expressed in R (multiples of the initial risk) and assume the same fraction risked on every trade. Dollar figures, where shown, are illustrations at a stated risk percentage.
- The spread at signal time is included. Commission, slippage, swap, requotes, partial fills, broker price differences and the practical limits of execution are not.
- Statistics such as win rate, average R and profit factor are computed over the stated period and change as new signals close.
Your results will differ from the record, usually for the worse, because of execution costs and timing. The record is not a promise about any future period.
5. AI-generated content
Content marked as AI-generated is produced by a large language model from structured market data and our own analysis, without human review before publication. It can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or confidently mistaken, and it can describe a chart differently from how a trained analyst would. It is provided to help you understand a zone or a signal, not to persuade you to trade it. Ask AI only answers questions about zones, signals and the Service; it is not a financial adviser, and we do not warrant any answer it gives.
6. Accuracy, errors and timing
We work to keep market data, zones, signals, statistics and documentation accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any of them is complete, accurate, timely or error-free. Market data can contain bad ticks, gaps and revisions; a signal computed on such data can be wrong and may be withdrawn. Delivery through Telegram, email, push or the API can be delayed or fail. Prices shown in the app are indicative and may differ from your broker. We may correct errors without notice.
7. Testimonials, share cards and examples
Any testimonial, member story or community post reflects the experience and opinion of the person who wrote it, is not verified by us unless we say so, is not representative of what members typically achieve, and is not a promise that you will achieve anything. Members who share simulator or journal cards are responsible for them; the card carries this disclaimer for that reason. Examples in the playbook, the documentation and marketing are illustrations of how a feature works, not records of results. We do not pay for testimonials. Nobody is authorised to promise returns, win rates or challenge passes on our behalf, and any such promise, including by an affiliate or in a community channel, is not ours.
8. Forward-looking statements
Outlooks, morning briefs, playbook articles and the changelog may contain statements about what markets, the model or the Service may do. They are expectations at the time of writing, based on assumptions that may prove wrong, and we have no obligation to update them. Do not rely on them.
9. Third-party links, brokers and prop firms
The Service links to and names brokers, prop firms, exchanges, data providers, Telegram and other third parties. We do not endorse, recommend or vouch for any of them, are not responsible for their content, products, rules, solvency or conduct, and receive no commission or referral payment from any broker or prop firm. Prop firm presets describe rules as we last understood them on the date shown and may be out of date. Firm and broker names are used only to describe their publicly stated rules and belong to their owners. Your relationship with any third party is yours alone.
10. Regulatory status and jurisdictions
Zonelytix is a software publisher and is not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator. It does not hold client money, does not execute orders and does not act as an introducing broker. The Service is not directed at residents of any country where its publication or use would be contrary to local law or would require a licence we do not hold, and we may restrict features by country. Accessing the Service from such a country is at your own risk. Nothing on the Service is an offer in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
11. Your responsibility
You decide whether to trade, what to trade, how much to risk, which broker to use and which settings to save. You are responsible for confirming your broker’s and prop firm’s rules, for your execution environment, for your taxes and for complying with the law where you live. Zonelytix, its owners and its staff accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on anything the Service produces, to the fullest extent permitted by law and as set out in the Terms of service.
