Why is there no free trial?
Live signals are the product. If they were free in real time, there would be nothing to pay for. Three things replace the trial: every signal is public 10 minutes after it closes, the free tier shows zones on three symbols, and the profit simulator replays the real record with your own settings before you pay.
What does founding member pricing mean?
The first 200 paying members keep a lower monthly price for as long as they stay subscribed: Starter $19, Pro $49, Elite $99. It closes at 200 members or on a fixed date, whichever comes first.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated by Whop. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period. When you hit a plan limit, the app shows what the next plan unlocks.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a 3-day grace period to fix the payment method. After that the account falls back to Free. The EA stops taking new trades but never closes open ones.
Do yearly plans really give two months free?
Yes. Starter is $290 a year instead of $348, Pro $690 instead of $828, Elite $1,490 instead of $1,788. Yearly plans are sold on the web, where fees are lowest.
Is there a refund?
One clear rule: a 48-hour refund on a first purchase if no signals were used, and no refunds on renewals. Apple and Google handle their own refunds for in-app purchases.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Web plans are sold through Whop, which accepts cards and a few other methods depending on your country. Mobile app subscriptions go through the App Store or Google Play when the app ships.
Can I use one plan on several MT5 accounts?
Pro connects up to 2 MT5 accounts, Elite up to 5. EA license keys are tied to your user and to specific MT5 account numbers, so keys cannot be shared.
