Community guidelines
Version 1.1 · Last updated
The Zonelytix community exists to make the zone model better and to help members trade with discipline. These guidelines say what that looks like in practice. They form part of the Terms of service and apply alongside the Rewards rules.
Contents
1. The spirit of the community
Be specific, be honest about results, and argue about levels rather than people. Zone Scouts are scored on what price actually does, so the community rewards careful analysis over confident noise. A losing month shared with its journal teaches more than a screenshot of one winning trade.
2. Where these guidelines apply
Community zones, analysis posts, comments, votes, ideas and bug reports on the feedback board, the Telegram public channel, replies to our social media accounts, and messages to support. Telegram also applies its own rules, and the stricter rule wins.
3. What is welcome
- Zones with a clear rationale: the timeframe, what price did there before, and why the level matters now.
- Analysis of your own trades, including losses, with the settings and the reasoning you used.
- Questions, especially from beginners, and patient answers.
- Feature ideas with the problem they solve, and bug reports with steps to reproduce.
- Disagreement with a published signal or a zone score, argued with the chart.
- Translations and explanations of the playbook for members who read English as a second language.
4. Members are not advisers
Posts by members are their own opinion and are never advice from Zonelytix. No member, moderator or staff member is permitted to give personalised trading, investment, legal or tax advice in the community, to tell another member what to trade or how much to risk, or to manage anyone else’s account or settings. Phrases like “you should”, “guaranteed” and “can’t lose” are removed. Share what you did and why; let others decide for themselves.
5. What is not allowed
- Sharing signals. Posting, forwarding or screenshotting active signals, Telegram messages, approvals or any plan content anywhere outside your own account.
- Selling and promoting. Advertising other signal services, brokers, prop firms, account managers, courses, funded-account pass services or affiliate links, or soliciting members by direct message.
- Pumping and manipulation. Coordinating entries, posting fake results, or using the community to move a market or a low-liquidity crypto asset.
- Gaming rewards. Vote rings, linked accounts, trading votes, spamming zones, copying another member’s zones, or editing a post to change its meaning after it was voted on.
- Impersonation. Claiming to be staff, a moderator, a verified analyst or another member, or using a name or avatar that suggests it.
- Harassment and hate. Personal attacks, threats, slurs, doxxing, sexual content, or content that targets anyone for who they are.
- Scams. Asking anyone for money, wallet transfers, broker credentials, licence keys or seed phrases, for any reason. Staff will never ask for these.
- Unlawful content. Anything that infringes someone’s rights, breaks the law where you are, or discloses non-public information you are not entitled to share.
- Spam and noise. Repeated posts, off-topic content, low-effort zones, bot-generated posts, and unsolicited messages.
6. Zone submissions
Submit a zone only when you have a reason for it. Zones are locked at submission and scored against what price does in the scoring window under the Rewards rules; failed zones cost points, so quantity does not help. Zones that copy a system zone, duplicate another member’s zone on the same symbol and timeframe, sit on top of the current price or are far wider than the rules allow are rejected or scored down automatically. By submitting a zone you grant the licence described in the Terms of service, including use of the zone and its outcome to train the model.
7. Ideas and bug reports
Search before posting; duplicates are merged into the original and votes carry over. Describe the problem before the solution. We read everything, mark ideas Planned, Shipped or Not planned with a reason, and credit shipped ideas in the changelog under your username unless you ask us not to. Security bugs must not be posted on the board; use the Responsible disclosure process instead.
8. Privacy and safety
- Your username is generated and never shows your real name. Do not post your own personal data, broker account numbers, licence keys, wallet addresses or balances, and never post anyone else’s.
- Do not post other people’s private messages or content without permission.
- Staff never send unsolicited direct messages asking for payment, keys or credentials. Report anyone who does.
- Minors may not take part.
9. Moderation and enforcement
Automated checks remove obvious spam, duplicate zones and linked-account votes. Moderators and staff review reports and may remove or edit content, lock threads, reset votes, and issue warnings. Depending on severity and history, we may apply a warning, a temporary mute, loss of posting or voting rights, removal from the leaderboard and forfeiture of rewards for the month, removal from the Telegram channel, or closure of the Zonelytix account under the Terms of service. Sharing signals, scams, harassment and impersonation lead to immediate closure. We may act without warning where needed to protect members, and we may keep records of removed content and enforcement actions as the Privacy policy describes.
10. Appeals
If you believe an action was wrong, reply to the notice or email support@zonelytix.com within 14 days with what happened and why you think it was mistaken. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews the appeal and replies within 7 days. Reward forfeitures follow the dispute process in the Rewards rules.
11. Reporting
Use the report action on any post or zone, or email abuse@zonelytix.com. Reports are confidential. Reporting in bad faith to silence someone is itself a breach of these guidelines.
